What does our firm do?
We recover unclaimed funds for our clients. That work can include determining who is eligible to claim funds, negotiating with competing claimants, litigating with competing claimants and with government agencies that may not return the funds without a court order.
Where do the funds come from?
There are many sources such as unclaimed refunds, mineral rights, uncashed checks, abandoned safety deposit boxes, closed bank accounts, lost 401k accounts and much more.
Where do you work?
We work throughout the United States. Our principal, Robert L. Diamond is licensed in Pennsylvania. Where we can make a purely administrative claims, we do that work in house. When litigation is necessary, and if the claim is not in Pennsylvania, we bring in local counsel licensed in the state where the funds are located to handle the litigation
How does your firm get paid?
We work exclusively a contingent-fee model. If and when we recover money on behalf of our clients, we get paid from a portion of those funds. If we are not successful, we absorb all costs.
Who do you accept as clients?
Individuals, families, estate holders and legal entities owed funds by government agencies.
