Meet Ed Diamond - MBA Business Strategist
Ed has an MBA from the University of Memphis and BA in Finance from Northeastern University. Ed is an experienced businessman who had a 24-year career in Fortune 500 and mid-sized public companies. Including American Express, PepsiCo, Pepsi Americas, Manhiem Imports, and finally as CEO of DSD Solutions.
Ed runs the day-to-day operations of Diamond Law Center. He also serves and an advisor and behind-the-scenes force ensuring that our entrepreneurs have people available who can help them move their business forward.
Who We Are
Our firm represents clients in recovering government-held unclaimed funds. Those funds come from a variety of government sources including unclaimed refunds, uncashed checks, mineral rights, and overpayments. In most states, unless monies are claimed in a timely manner the money will escheat to the government and cannot be claimed. It pays to act as quickly as possible to recover your funds.
Our principal, Robert Diamond, an attorney since 1995, has represented many persons and entities owed monies in the course of his law practice. The concept for the Remington Law Firm practice arose when Mr. Diamond became aware that local, county and state agencies were holding significant monies properly belonging to individuals and institutions. Surprisingly those owed the money rarely knew there were any monies to claim. Thus all too frequently, the funds were never claimed – instead being forfeited to the government because the rightful owners never applied for the funds.
